Data & deletion requests
NEURAL CHESS uses an anonymous device identifier — no account, no email, no name. Uninstalling the app deletes the identifier from your device. To have the server-side data associated with your identifier (deck snapshot, match records, progression) deleted as well, email support@neuralchess.gg with the identifier from the game's settings. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Common questions
Is the game online-only?
No. Matches run on your device against cached snapshots of real players' decks, so you can play offline; an internet connection syncs your progress and fetches fresh opponents.
Does the game cost anything?
NEURAL CHESS is currently free with no purchases. Optional in-app purchases may be added in the future — see the Terms of Service.
I lost my progress after reinstalling.
Progress is tied to the anonymous identifier on your device; uninstalling removes it. Contact support and we will see what we can do, but recovery is not guaranteed.
